The Yuri’s House is located in one of the quietest and most beautiful neighborhoods of carrollwood, just a few minutes from all services and the well-known Citrus park Mall. You can go for a walk or ride a bicycle in complete peace of mind. We also have an incredible park for pets, kids and adults, very close. If you are considering staying, please take a couple of minutes to read the rules and handling of the house. Our house is simply decorated, with the necessary conditions to feel comfortable. We have an equipped kitchen for those who prefer to cook. If you are more than 6 guests please notify me, to give you the option. The extra fee is for $ 60 per night, per extra guest, this is for provide extra accommodation on the property. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150. “The pool” The pool area is monitored 24 hours a day by cameras for security purposes. We have a protection for children, however you must supervise your little ones whenever they are in the pool area. The maintenance of the Pool is in charge of the specialized company Pinch A Penny, they come every Tuesday, (sometimes the day can vary) they test the water, and add the necessary chemicals. Note that Some times you may have to wait 24 hours or sometimes longer to use again the Pool . They alway leave instructions; is really important to allow the technician access, although they always do it through the patio area, and do not access through the house. If upon arrival or during your stay you observe any cloudy coloration in the water, please report it to me immediately to send the technician or do the water test. Please keep the robot in the pool and do not take it out of the water at any time It is strictly forbidden to be naked in the pool area, please note that we have neighbors in front and on both sides. If there is a report from the neighbors, and it is verified by the cameras violating this rule, it will be reported immediately, and will be grounds for eviction from the property.
